Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are generally final. However, I offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below as the sole developer and owner of this service.
Premium Plugins Refunds
✅ Eligible for Refund:
- Plugin does not function as described in documentation
- Technical issues preventing plugin installation that cannot be resolved
- Accidental duplicate purchases (same plugin, same account)
❌ NOT Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with heavily modified server setups
- User error in installation or configuration
- Server-side issues unrelated to the plugin
Refund Period: 7 days from purchase date
Custom Development (Private Requests) Refunds
Before Development Starts:
- Full refund available if development hasn't begun
- Must request within 24 hours of payment
During Development:
- Partial refund based on work completed
- Disputes resolved case-by-case
After Delivery:
- No refunds once custom plugin is delivered and functional
- Bug fixes provided free for 30 days
❌ NOT Eligible for Custom Development Refunds:
- Changes to original requirements
- Dissatisfaction with coding style (functionality works as specified)
- Requests for source code not originally agreed upon
Refund Process
- Contact me through my contact form or Discord
- Provide order details and reason for refund request
- Allow 2-3 business days for my personal review
- If approved, I will process refunds through original payment method
- PayPal refunds typically take 3-5 business days
Technical Support First
Before requesting a refund, I encourage contacting me directly for support. Many issues can be resolved through my personal installation guidance, configuration assistance, compatibility troubleshooting, or minor customizations I can provide.
Dispute Resolution
- All refund requests reviewed by me personally
- Technical issues verified through my direct testing when possible
- Final decisions made at my sole discretion as the service owner
- PayPal dispute resolution available as last resort
Important: Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting me first may result in account suspension, loss of access to purchased products, and inability to make future purchases from my store.
